Rude and arrogant staff. Was spoken down to when I called about my policy, and was made to feel foolish. I won't renew with them again and I encourage everyone to stay away from this business.

I was recommended to Abacus by a friend of mine as I was not happy with my other insurance company, when I called the phone was answered very quickly and was greeted with a very professional & friendly voice. They ran through a quotation with me whilst I was on the phone, and answered any queries I had. They beat any other quotation I had! can't recommended them highly enough.

Been my insurance brokers for a couple of years now and to be honest its so much easier than doing it online as you can speak with someone and they can help make sure that you get the policy that suits your needs.
Had two claims whilst being with them and not had any issues as they will help as much as they can.
