Burn It Youth Academy

A great opportunity to get kids active and some fresh air in the great outdoors. Our sessions are built on sociability, the sessions are safe and and fun and like our adult classes, attract likeminded individuals. We put a huge focus on education for our Youth Academy members on exercise, muscles, anatomy and physiology, cardio vascular, nutrition, overall health and wellbeing and the importance of general fitness.
Burn It Virtual Movement

In 2020 we launched our Virtual Movement series in attempt to keep people active through lockdown, a set of challenges designed to be fun, interactive, motivating and a reason to leave the house. All themed with a specific gimmick, the idea is simple, you walk, jog, run or simply move for a certain amount of miles within the allocated time/month.
