I recently took delivery of a refurbished Life Fitness recumbent cycle from Pinnacle Fitness and I cannot praise this company highly enough.
In terms of customer service, I contacted William and when he knew I needed the cycle as soon as possible for medical reasons he moved heaven and earth to achieve that. He sorted out a problem I had with my local delivery company and kept in touch throughout. I cannot fault the service at all.
The product itself is everything I wanted, it looks like new and works perfectly. It arrived securely on a pallet and even the delivery driver commented on how well packaged/protected it was. 5 star everything.
I would definitely buy from Pinnacle Fitness again.

I would like to commend Will at Pinnacle Fitness for his exemplary after sales service.I purchased a Precor EFX 885 machine from him and unfortunately the console broke. Will made sure to send another console out and also arranged for two technicians to replace the console.I have been so used to people not caring after a sale has been made but Will and Pinnacle are different.A truly first class experience.

After a bit of research on line I came across Pinnacle Fitness. Had a quick chat with Will who explained how they operate and the level of refurb all their machines receive, so felt confident enough to order the cross trainer I'd been after. Machine arrived today, perfect working order and in fact, it looks brand new. Just did a quick test out and spot on! Will, you're a gentlemen. Nothing was too much trouble and it has been a delight dealing with you. Highly recommended, in fact, don't go anywhere else!

We just bought a Life Fitness Elevation 95T treadmill, Life Fitness Elevation 95X cross trainer and a Concept 2 RowErg from Will Fitzpatrick at Pinnacle Fitness. The quality of these machines, the customer service, value for money and Wills technical knowledge about the equipment and the reconditioning process (where all working parts are replaced with at least equivalent, or better components), was simply outstanding. I purchased Gym equipment from Pinnacle Fitness in February 2023. Will and his team were very knowledgable and approachable. I visited his premises twice and they were happy to spend time talking through options to ensure I made the right selection for myself and my family. Delivery was quick and the team were extremely professional. Access was challenging but the team ensured a smooth experience, installing in an hour with no disruption. I can't recommend Pinnacle Fitness enough.
I recently bought a refurbished treadmill which arrived fully serviced and freshly powder coated, along with a new belt.
It looks and feels like new - but for a fraction of the price.

Bought a refurbished Technogym treadmill and I'm very happy with the excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful throughout and no problem for me to come to their premises to test it and see it for myself which was great as I knew right away it was indeed in excellent condition and worth the money.
