Awful company.. I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell a house through them.. They are awkward and do all they can to block viewings and sales so I don't know what the company is really up to.
Are you a Vendor using Farrell Heyworth? Wonder why you're not having any interest/viewings? it's Farrell Heyworth stopping them, People ARE trying to view/buy your house staff are either lazy or incompetent ... I'll be knocking on doors now anywhere i see a Farrell Heyworth sign to inform the vendor and save them money too by cutting them out if i decide to purchase...

Farrell Heyworth has to be the worst Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. If you want to sell you property I would urge you to look at other agents. If you want to buy a property from them you will have to chase and chase and find ways to contact the staff. Be prepared for a long wait and to be patient. Ok my experience has been during lockdown. I see a property online and called on April 16. Viewing unfortunately was not available. However a virtue viewing was arranged 5 days after. Having looked at the property I made an offer. At this point I was told the property was a repossession and the

They were recommended to us when selling our house and they made the process extremely painless. Staffs are friendly and helpful and I really did feel that they were trying hard to sell my house. Compared to some of the agents who we looked at they were one of the more expensive but the service they offered did seem superior with more eye catching newspaper sections and fully finished property detail leaflets. I would definitely recommend then to others looking to sell there home down to the experience I had. We found a buyer VERY quickly and I think some of this was down to staff determination
