They were the politest estate agents ive spoken to whilst looking to rent and actually treated us like people which is a first for us as other estate agents haven't. My only complaint is that i was told i would receive emails when a property would be good for me and i havent recieved any like that so i couldve missed out on properties if i had relied on their mailing system

Is too long the story to tell it on here ,but all i can say is that from all the agencies in Southport they are the only agency that doesnt make viewings even if the measures related to Covid have easesd .You have to apply for a property and then if you are lucky and you are chosen by the landlord(this is what they say even if i think is not true),then you have to pay one week rent to secure it and MAYBE then you can see the property you apply for .Well for me sounds like russian rulette ,how am i supposed to pay upfront deposit for a house that i didnt saw it with my own eyes,a house that

Incompetence all around! I've had dealings with Anthony James for a couple of years now and the experience has been extremely negative. I would give 'zero stars', if the option was available. From day one communication was extremely poor (and still is) and there is no sense of urgency when it comes to urgent repairs. As a Leaseholder and a Landlord I am extremely disappointed, as they are unable to provide promised services which they advertise on their own website! For example: Communication 24/7 - yet to witness this! Transparency - as a landlord with decades of experience, I have never witnessed
