Our approach to property management is developing long-term partnerships with our landlord and developer clients by providing full support in the letting and day-to-day management of the property. We guarantee your property will be actively marketed, let and professionally managed by an experienced agency team whose primary aim is to support tenants, whilst optimising rental revenue.
Apply for Tenancy
Report
Our Tenant Application and Sign-Up procedure for 2021/22 is now fully electronic for both new applicants and current tenants renewing tenancies. Once you have chosen your property for 2021/22 it must be reserved to secure it. This requires at least one member of your group to Apply for Tenancy and pay the Reservation Fee.

We suggest prospective tenants, parents and guarantors read all the FAQs to ensure they are fully informed of their obligations and responsibilities before tenancy agreements are signed.
Deposit Protection
Report
We are bound by the strict rules of the TDS in the way we protect, administer and return deposits. Complete a Check-In with a detailed Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property and take photographic evidence when tenants move in. Complete a Check-Out and update the Inventory and Schedule of Condition after tenants have vacated, noting any changes and take photographic evidence.

We have prepared this statement for the benefit of tenants and guarantors to explain our policy and procedures in relation to the collection of rent, payment delays, payment plans and how rent arrears are pursued. It provides clarity and transparency on tenants legal obligations to pay rent due and accommod8's delegated authority to collect it.
