A recently converted warehouse dating back to the 1900s the L1 Building has a variety of studio flats for students with views of Liverpool city centre and the river Mersey. Flats range from 24-28 square meters with 10 different layouts to suit all tastes for 129 per week including all bills. The L1 Building has a large communal space including games room with pool table, table football and sky TV, plus a large lounge/cinema room.
L1 Upper Levels

The L1 Building Upper Levels are a new build development of 16 studio apartments on top of the L1 Building.
