Our recent house purchase was less than straightforward. Without the good sense and unfailing good humour of Karen Potter and her team we might have been tempted to walk away on several occasions. After completion more problems were discovered but they were able to broker a solution and resolve the situation to everyone's great satisfaction. Would recommend Karen Potter and her team to anyone selling or buying a property. Perfect professional team . I needed to put my mums house on the market in Southport but I was living 50 miles away . My first contact with was with Karen Potter at the property. What a lovely person with so much experience under her belt. She walked through the property talking through each room giving advice on every aspect. Within a day or so I received an email advising of the valuation and a draft copy of the brochure for sale. I have recently Sold my elderly In-Laws property in Southport through Karen Potter The Estate Agent, after they moved into a Care Home. From the outset, Karen & her staff were very professional. The promotion of the sale of the house was excellent with several buyers wishing to purchase the property.
