LANDLORDS BEWARE!!!!!! They re ted out my property without credit check, ID, passport or landlord references. I was keep asking that documents but never received. My tenants left in my name a huge bill of electric and gas, and completely demolished the property and havent paid the rent. Finally moved out but the bond not cover my cost. Agency dont care and they let other property to other poor landlord with sane tenants as they wont pass any credit record from now on, but I dont think so they could do it before. They only care about money! Once they got never responding for phone

The team at Hughes Estate Agents are fantastic ! My daughter was expecting her first baby and we needed somewhere quick. Richard and his team were extremely helpful and within days we were looking round some great properties. This was her first rental and the guys at Hughes made the process very simple including all paper work completed . I was amazed how quickly they process new tenants but with the professionalism and detail to ensure everything was in place to protect both us the tenants and obviously the Landlord. We had tried other agents in the area but none delivered with the same standard
