Rude staff, especially the owner (never met anyone so patronising before!). We rented from this agency and the house was very dirty when we moved in, the toilet hadnt even been flushed, there was rotten food in the fridge and mould growing in various places. Getting back our deposit was a nightmare as well - they like to take money from you and then thats the last time theyll be responsive in any way.

Looking to rent somwhere and wanted my details to be put onto their contact list/database but they don't have such a thing! They expect you to be constantly looking at their website. Polite staff but not really sure what they're paid to do....?!
