Apathetic would be to overstate the complete disdain to helping customers. They have absolutely no interest in recommending properties or promoting there listings. I would normally avoid leaving a negative review but my experience has been so poor I hope this serves to protect people from this business.

Disappointed from start to finish. We moved into our rented property as at the viewing it looked great new carpets, new doors, everything. A matter of days into our tenancy we realised we couldnt close the doors as they werent attached to the hinges, the doors had been hacked to fit the frame instead of properly fitted and the windows werent sealed which meant drafts were coming into the property even with the windows closed. The window issue we had is the main reason for this bad review. Copelands handled it completely wrong. When we first viewed the property we noticed the windows
