Terrible agents, zero capacity. Anyone else can do a better job! Do not waste your time with these unprofessional clowns. This independent outfit who claim to have been trading for 25 years have the worst reviews on the net and i can see why. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I booked a viewing on Friday had to call on Monday as never received a confirmation email. They confirmed it at 9:30 am , made my way 45 minutes before they send me a cancellation and offered rooms with shared bathroom while told the agent that was looking for an en-suite one . No apology for their disgusting service . Do not rent with them they dont sound reliable at all . Avoid!

I'm giving 3 stars because the marketing of the house was very successful, the photos were excellent and the initial management of the sale was very good. As soon as we accepted an offer however, all communication stopped. I have not had an outbound call from them in 11 weeks. I have phoned them, maybe 3 times maximum, to ask if they could push for dates from my purchaser, or get information from my seller, who is also using them, and none of my phone calls have been returned. The lady I spoke to said "you have Mr Xs number don't you?" when I asked for some information. I explained that this was
