I rented through Easthams for the last 3 1/2 years. It was the first time Id rented having always owned my own home previously. The team at Easthams have made it a simple straightforward endeavour, they are very responsive to any enquiries and address any issues immediately. Regular property inspections were carried out and all monies handled well. I looked after the house as if it was my own during the rental period and wasnt expecting any issues at hand back. The hand back and inspection went smoothly and my deposit was returned in full with no hassle. As a tenant Id highly rate them

We lived at a property managed by Easthams that was near Avenham Park for almost 2 years. During the time we lived there Easthams always took great care of us regarding service requests etc. We highly recommend them as an Estate agency property management team. Louise, Claire and Laura specifically are competent, reply promptly and are very professional with excellent customer service. Should we move back to Preston, we will definitely lease from them again.
