Excellent service through from initial valuation to dealing with all the viewings and the ultimate sale. Did all the necessary chasing of solicitors etc and made sure everything went smoothly. Would not hesitate to use them in the future - great advice and great service for a very competitive fee

I had previously had my house for sale with another agent which I felt wasnt marketed properly only 9 viewings in as many weeks so I took it off the market did a redecorate and called Alan Batt - best thing I ever did I had 8 viewings in the first day and lots more lined up - my house sold in a few hours and well over the asking price! I recently spotted an advertisement online for a property valuation from Alan Batt and decided to enquire. it gave me a quick computer algorithm and then followed up with the offer of a more personalised valuation if I gave further details and photographs etc. I completed the details and quickly received a text message to let me know someone would get back to me within 24 hours. In no time at all I had been contacted but there was no pushy salesman on the end of the phone. Quite the opposite, I received a nice text asking if I didnt mind them calling sometime to discuss. From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service we received. Our house was a one-off and the staff marketed it superbly. They quickly and efficiently secured viewings. Their office is well staffed and even on those occasions when we had to leave telephone messages, we were contacted within the hour. Similarly, email queries were all dealt with quickly and efficiently.
