Not impressed they had a property for sale without any offers for ages
l offered asking price then l got a call from their Liverpool office saying they had immediately had another offer on it 20,000 above asking price why would someone offer so much more over why not offer 5000 or 10000 more?
l felt this was a scam to bump up price so l withdrew offer.

I would recommend this Agent to sell your property. The sales team are friendly and responsive. If they dont know the answer to your query, they say so, with the caveat, leave it with me and I will get back to you. Guess what, they do. Without you having to follow up or chase. There is clear and honest communication between sellers, buyers, solicitors and any other parties involved. Special thank you to Sam at the Highfield Road branch.

Recently completed a house move where I bought and sold a property using Stephen Tew. They were such a supportive and helpful team throughout the whole process from beginning to end and what a journey it was. I feel I'm now in my forever home because of them and haven't been able to wipe the grin off my face since move-in but if I were to ever need an estate agent again I wouldn't go to anyone else. My Mum instructed Stephen Tew to sell her bungalow recently and I cannot praise them highly enough. They looked after her right from the first phonecall and talked her through the whole process from start to finish. They went above and beyond to sort out everything and were so patient, respectful and reassuring with her. Phonecalls were always retuned promptly and Sam really did go the extra mile when we encountered some unexpected issues. I fully recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

They are a Racist set of people. I put an offer on a property and were very unprofessional about it as they didn't want me getting the property despite willing to go the full asking price. Every property i enquired about thereafter they tell me its under offer so i asked a friend to call and they quickly gave him an appointment to view. So sad that in 2021 we still have a company that think every black person is a thieve and up to no good. We have now found a property and had an offer accepted.
