I thought I'd use this company and see it for myself how they provide their service. I can only share my own experience and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with their service. The negotiator who dealt with my property was Shafique and from start to finish he had provided me with an excellent service. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing letting agents to rent a property through. It was the first time I had ever rented alone and they made everything easy and comfortable for me. I had had a terrible service from a larger estate agent after they centralised. I decided to look for a local agent that was a small concern that could give me a better, more personal service and was local. Holden's was recommended by a friend who bought and now rents out a property so I decided to give them ago. I have not been disappointed. I had just bought a new build to rent out and Holden's managed everything with respect to the marketing of my property. They found me a tenant within a couple of weeks.
