Our property had been on sale via a large national chain, who offered great service, but sadly no sale. Karen and the team staged our house, did twilight shots and had a completely different approach to hard copy brochures, which all came together resulting in a successful sale.

I decided to put my house up for sale with a smaller local estate agent Stonehouse, as I believed that they would give a more personal service, and they did not disappoint.
Kristiana was the lady who came to see me, she was so friendly and professional, nothing was to much trouble, she gave me unlimited time to answer all my questions without feeling pressured in any way. It was then passed onto Annie who was also very friendly and professional, my house was sold within 24 hours and for the full asking price, I was then contacted straight away after the first viewing, with an offer.
