Perfect hotel in a secluded, quiet part of London but just 20 minutes walk to Covent Garden. Spacious, well decorated rooms with a huge bed.

We have had a wonderful stay in this hotel, great room, great location and great staff. Michael (night staff) was an absolute star-nothing was too much trouble, attended to our needs, was so friendly, welcoming and an absolute credit to the Malmaison team! Thank you Michael for making our stay that little bit more special x

Great location, and very comfortable luxury suite room. Slightly neglected with paint peeling in the bathroom and let down by faux brick wallpaper. Although advertised as 24hour room service, no answers at 10.30 pm so likely understaffed as well. However this would be a 5 out of 5 if staffing and minor touch up improvements.
