The London House Hotel comprises five interconnected Victorian era buildings to form a 103 room hotel. The air-conditioned large lobby has cream walls, which contrast with the black reception desk and vibrant purple lounge chairs. It features charcoal grey chandeliers hanging from high ceilings, while tall mirrors add sunshine and a sense of spaciousness.
Well what can I say, we pulled up in the taxi and was waited by a doorman, who took our cases for us. The outside was very appealing, even better inside, the staff were very very helpful and friendly. All the rooms have been furnished with a blend of style and functionality in mind. Simple painted walls mean rooms feel light, while surfaces feature a dark wood veneer, such as bedheads, shelves and wardrobes.

Double – Small & Standard
The Small Double and Standard Double room types, available from the ground to the fourth floor, can accommodate up to two guests. Standard Double rooms face the back of the hotel and are compact, elegant and comfortable, featuring dark wood veneer surfaces. The smaller doubles are very small in size with a 4ft bed but perfectly suitable for a shorter stay - they still offer the same features and amenities.
Double – Lower Ground
Our Lower Ground Double rooms are perfectly appointed with the requirements of the modern traveller in mind. Offering the same amenities, elegance and comfort as all rooms, they flow with the contours of the building and can accommodate up to two guests. Lower Ground Double are similar in standard to all other rooms but located on the lower ground floor, with window available and open to internal corridor.
Double – Garden View
The Double Garden View rooms are our finest product, ideal for those willing to treat themselves and ensure the most comfortable stay during their vacation or business travels. Available from the first to the fourth floor, can accommodate up to two guests. While overlooking a beautiful garden square, our Double Garden View rooms offer the comforts and elegance of smartly lay out interiors, yet in a spacious, modern and fully fitted environment.
Triple Room
Ideal for small families, our Triple Rooms are comprised of one double bed and one single bed. They are light, comfortable and well appointed, with plenty of storage space discreetly hidden from view. Walls are cream, matched by wheat-coloured carpet, each featuring a contemporary en suite shower. These quiet rooms are located from the ground floor up to the fourth, and may vary in size.
Lower Ground Family Room
Tucked away in an intimate corner of the lowest floor, we offer two Family Room types, each sleeping up to four people. They are styled as the other rooms, with bedside tables, reading lamps and a dressing table. They can be configured for either a double bed and two singles, or two doubles. Windows let in light from the street above.
