Very helpful and welcoming staff, so kind especially Elvis. Breakfast in the morning was enough to set me up for a day of work. perfectly located, the room was quiet and clean. Very good experience. I stayed at the end of September

Great location, excellent staff. We left some cash and keys in the room safe by accident. On ringing the hotel, they had already placed them in their safe and I was able to collect them two weeks later. Wonderful

Ignore the doomsayers like Lennard!! This place is excellent. For under 100 per night, you wont get the Dorchester! You get a clean room with great views. Tea and coffee in the room, and Light of India is next door. Sure, Ive stayed in fancier hotels all over the world, but Ive paid for the privilege Handy for the museums and the cool vibe of west London. Book a room: enjoy life

Very high quality service - the staff couldnt have been more attentive. I normally stay with a famous hotel group but I will be staying at the Montana from now on when in Kensington.
