I was most impressed with this hotel, not only for the price, but its location. It was perfect for my needs, as I had an early start due to an Eurostar service to Paris I was taking. Rooms are small (which I already knew when I booked), but are spotless and come complete with free WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. En-suites are small, but as a wet room they are perfect. I have nothing to complain about. If you have mobility issues, there are no lifts, so you may need to question stating here. That said, you now know.

Ben is friendly host. Very near to kings cross and st. Pancreas Station. There is no lift in this hotel, so if your carrying heavy luggage ask owner to book room in the ground floor if possible.

I stayed here a few years back with my brother-in-law and it's a nice little place. Considering how near it is to the main road and station, it's very quiet. The breakfast is also nice and fills a spot
As others have said, the bathroom facilities are a bit small, especially for folk over 6'. Other than that, it's a great place to crash for a few days. I'd certainly stay again if I was ever in the area for a couple of days.
