Have stayed there before too and have always liked staying there. But my most recent stay there between 4th-18th January 2022 was special and it was due to Sara and Andrea. They were so very kind and helpful. Wonderful people. Ujjal too was very nice ! Would definitely love to stay there again while in London. I highly recommend this hotel because of the service of the staff there and the location is difficult to beat. So centrally located just parallel to Bond Street ! The overall experience was just superb !

Comfortable beds and. We had a suits of one room and living room with small kitchen. Everything is great and in clean condition. Thanks for making our stay memorable

Convenient, for Marlyebone, bed was comfortable, but rooms need some TLC. Bathroom could do with a repaint and there was no plug in bath or drain cover for shower
