Comfy beds. Great bright mirror when putting make up on. No noise at night. Brilliant sleep. Loved the freebie biscuits. Friendly, attentive breakfast staff. Lots of choice including vegetarian. Close to all London attractions.

Good friendly service, good value. Room was nice although bulb out when I checked in. Sorted within 15 mins. Reception happily printed out an attendee sheet I needed a paper copy of.

This is a tough review to leave. The staff were mostly great... fantastic even. But there was a bizarre experience with the night manager who made us move 10 feet to different seats due to "risk". When asked what the risk was he said "me loosing my job". We mentioned this on leaving and the staff showed genuine concern.
Rooms are decent and clean. Showe us large and good hit water and pressure, but some dirty grout.
But, overall, I would stay again.

Was not very happy with the accommodations. We got our room and it was freezing, called the front desk and they tried to sort it out but it kept glitching. We asked to change rooms and the new room had the same issues. We wasted 1.5 hours trying to get it resolved and eventually they told us to go out and they would figure it out. Came back and the heat was finally resolved. Tried to go to sleep and realized how horrible the pillows were. I mean they should be thrown out!! Completely flat, even with two stacked. I hardly slept all night and got up with a very sore neck. They didnt ask how our

I stayed here after winning a raffle, it was my last night in London, and the Bermondsey Square Hotel treated me so well! The services and room are really high quality and great location too! I still have a tote bag and think fondly of my stay here!

10 mins walk from the shard but for everything else you need a bus or taxi. Good clean room. Breakfast was also good.

Really lovely staff, clean room and good food! Maybe a bit pricey BUT they let me check in early on request (for 20) which was great! Lovely antique market outside on Fridays and lots to do around.
