Very poor service, Currently living in the accommodation. Rooms are small and I feel like I have been scammed. Dont get me started on the toilets/washroom. Only good thing is Location of the hotel and the Breakfast. Dont even feel like rating it a 1*. Reception staff rude and not helpful.

Friendly staff, quite clean and beautiful rooms, offer car parking for a reasonable expense. Breakfast is with various items. Generally I was satisfied.

Extremely poor service. Rooms are small and I feel like I have been scammed as I booked the highest rank bedroom style. Bathroom extremely small and no room service even though we paid for it. Breakfast was nice, Thanks to the lady who was really kind and helpful. Reception staff were rude and not helpful. Not accommodating at all. Don't recommend this place, 0/5.

This is a hotel with hostel character... old bathrooms looking like cabins of a sunken ship. To get to the room by elevator you have to go through a pub. The breakfast is only served until 9h30. The friendly staff cannot fix the negative points. One of my worst London Hotel experiences. Not recommended if you want comfort.
