Nice enough for what I believe was a cheap hotel room at the last minute. The bathroom was a bit dated but at least it had good free wifi and the reception was friendly. The actual room was pretty nice and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Wouldn't really recommend this place except as a last resort. While the bedroom had some space, the pillows are quite flat and the duvet isn't thick enough. Meanwhile, the heating is timed in winter which made me ill. When I went down to talk to the concierge about the heating, he was asleep with airpods in. Took me about 5 minutes to wake him up and even then he didn't rectify the issue. The bathroom is just a tad bigger than an airplane toilet. The shower clogs up. The bathroom door opens against the bed, so you have to shuffle in. It wasn't the best experience at all.

Located on Belgrave Road
5-10 minutes walk from either Victoria or Pimlico Station
Great pubs and restaurants close by
Chinese, Italian,Mexican, Brazilian and English
Few coffee shops too
Sainsbury,Waitrose and Tesco walking distance
Open 24 hours a day
7 days a week
Friendly polite staff
Bathroom need a little help but otherwise great spacious room

The worst hotel I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Took my payment,booked me into the incorrect date then refused to edit it, refund it or offer another day. Seriously poor service. Receptionist refused to put me through to the manager. Wouldn't give me the name his email or direct no. Kept saying she would get into trouble if she did so. Really? Never had a company refuse for me to speak to a manager. Ever! Then promised me 3 times I'd get a call bk. Didnt. then promised a reply to my email. Again nothing and I booked 5 rooms for our charity event we have. So I explained it was a group
