Went for dinner and noone knew what they were doing - they had just changed the menu so this will have contributed but noone knew what was on offer, they got most of our orders wrong and I had to go round to the bar to get them to come serve us when they forgot that we ordered something. Food was actually pretty decent though

The value is very expensive for the services, I hardly got water, no staff at night, the rooms are very small, honestly the hotel does not deserve 4 stars,

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was very clean and decorated tastefully, every area had lovely decor and had a really good feel to it. All staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely, we were upgraded as the hotel was empty. This is really sad and hopefully things will return to normal soon. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning! Great location, close to underground.

The staff at Hotel Xenia played excellent hosts to the film set I was on at the end of July. The food was delicious, the service extraordinary, and the general atmosphere was that of comfort and sophistication. The hotel is a short walk from public transport - the perfect distance to stretch your legs and take in some of the historic buildings on route. I'd definitely go back there to stay in the future. I recommend you do too.
