Had an incredible experience at the Beach Huts here. We were celebrating and they took excellent care of us. The desserts were the true highlight for me. But the bread and mains were eye-popping and delicious too. Hope to come back for brunch!

I am so blown away by top-notch services we have received from this hotel... Front desk receptionists and the team lead - our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. Jonathan quickly informed his team lead and offered complimentary refreshment at the Colin's room...
Colin's Room and staff - my husband and I got seated at the Collin's room while waiting for our suite to be ready. When the staff found out that it was my first time in London, she brought out sweets with the decorated writings, "Welcome to London!" It was such a sweet touch... I so loved it...

Came here for afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. Make sure to get a reservation ahead of time since they can fill up, even during the workdays. They had a great selection of teas and really well done finger sandwiches. The service was prompt and friendly, we even had a chance to talk tea history with one of the servers. If you are visiting and want a proper high tea, come here. Great afternoon tea! They are capable of catering to all dietary needs. They made everything for me without gluten, garlic, onion, and any high lactose dairy. The service was outstanding as well. I tried their lemon tea which was very refreshing to start. You can try as many teas as you like. They start your meals with savories. They had numerous sandwiches and three side dishes. Mine were all very similar to the regular menu items. Then after that we had an array of different desserts that were all delicious.
