We went to lobby and the security guard was helpful to give us lots of information and invited us to sit down in the lounge. We ordered a bottle of rose but the waiter just left it on the table and take the card payment and service charge without opening the bottle. Not sure it's the usual practice but i do expect to be served better. One that hand, in the Bar Lyaness, they service was the best in world. Thanks to Lucy, the most charming girl there.

We booked a NYE afternoon tea and arrived from outer London and were told that it was not available on that day. Apparently, the website only has certain days for afternoon tea but it is not clear. A staff member stated that this has occurred before on other occasions! We could not find anywhere else of course as other places were booked up. HUGE disappointment and a HUGE waste of our time & money with nowhere to celebrate as we have done for 10 years. We had look forward to it so much.....
