The staff were excellent. They couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Location is ideal for sightseeing & shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall very helpful staff, guest relations management particularly attentive and thoughtful, comfy beds, beautiful interior, and excellent location. Even several cigar shops in walking distance.

Always a pleasure to be back. Great team and always feeling welcomed. Room are very nice and diffrent style. Room service it's delicious and if you wanna do a meeting or a after work drinks or celebrate any other event in your life you can definitely choose their banqueting areas.

Beautiful place to be. I had the chance to work for an event here and it was amazing how friendly everyone was while doing my work there. It is an amazing atmosphere and being able to have a sneak peek through kitchen on a busy morning made me feel as I was behind the scenes in a movie. Might sound silly but it is an amazing vibe. The hotel is clean and staff are extremely kind and helpful!
