Awful! not at all what was advertised, literally just like a bedsit, weird layout and everything just felt off! We had to be taken round the corner to our room which is in another building? We checked out ten minutes after checking in, when handing back the keys we were told well you did book a small double- Im aware of that, I didnt pay to feel unsafe in literally the worlds most awful room

Perfectly good place for a short stop over, lady at the front desk is incredibly warm and welcoming, room was clean, everything worked and they let me leave my luggage there all day on check out day. Rooms are small but come on its 100 to stay in central London right next to Paddington station so it isnt going to be the Ritz and it isnt trying to be! If you need to just stop over for a night or two and need a central base, you cant go wrong with Rhodes Hotel. It isnt disabled accessible due to only having stairs but its a listed building so they cant change that. The lady

Absolutely best experience I could ever have hoped for our first trip to London. The entrance outside is beautiful, the lady at reception was very kind and helpful with knowledge of the area. She even helped us to get a discount with our booking! The room was so much better than the photos online. I would suggest to possibly update all the photos online because when we entered our room it looked so much better! We will be stopping here again for sure, thank you for such an excellent experience! From
