Written on behalf of a friend and co-worker. Was let down on short notice that a limousine was not going to be available for her daughters wedding. The first of her children to get married and was told they would have a Minibus instead for 195 less. They felt they had no choice and kept the booking. With only an hour notice before the ceremony they felt embarrassed to arrive in a Minibus but had the get there. Talking to the company about it and getting no positive response has prompted her to make her first ever complaint/ bad review.

Disgusting Service. AVOID!!! Ordered a limo for my wedding day, the guy nearly took me to a complete different location if it wasn't for me checking. Not only that the car was rusted with the tint peeling off. TERRIBLE. Rang up to complain and all I was told was 'I don't know what to say' no Compensation just told I'd have a discount when using them again. Anyone in there right mind wouldn't use them again after what I experienced. APAULING SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
