Liz who works there is brilliant . Helpful and goes the extra mile but if you get the boy in there whos name he doesnt even give . is un helpful and could of given us car but said he couldnt do wot we needed . But chelmsford did it straight away . He lied and made me nearly miss my sisters funeral

Good service; reasonable state 19 plate van (a Transit) and cost; very clean, modern office; straightforward paperwork, and helpful office person. Just a shame that the Chelmsford office doesn't open on a Sunday too. Would use again.

I use them every year and i am very very happy.
this year we had a bit of a problem with loss of power we called the last night at 10 pm and they delivered a new van 6 hours journey from the depot by 1pm the next day with no hassle.
its very easy to look after customers when things go smooth but when they go wrong its hard but he made it look so simple as if we didn't disturb by calling him even though the driver had a family event that night.

Rented a 12 Seater Minibus from them recently for a family vacation in Cornwall. All went well, would use again if I ever need another Minibus..
