Where to start, staff are nasty and rude, only just opening up at 10am and after an hour driving to get to stoke, then to find out they didn't have the car i booked and offers me a small car when i picked a medium size car, i missed my meeting as they made me late didn't offer me anything better as im tall, asked for a refund which they made me sit on the phone for another 20 minutes while the staff removed me off the system so they phone call was pointless as he removed my details. rude pointing fingers at me, shouting and getting angry all because i wanted the car i expect as id paid extra and

Helpful staff. Located out of the way. Outside the signs are Avis and budget so you would have no idea it is also Regal Rentals
