A family run business established in 2014, Empire is a comprehensively equipped gym with high quality equipment which is always being added to. We also provide well over 90 fitness classes a month and our qualified, skilled staff can create exercise programmes and personal training sessions should you wish.

Membership

All memberships include unlimited gym access during our opening hours and all classes are FREE with membership. We offer a range of different membership options including monthly packages with discounts for advance payment. Also we have a range of day pass options if monthly options don't work for you.
Fitness Classes

Sensibly managed numbers, air exchange and air conditioning, and hand sanitisation all still in place, but the legendary Empire atmosphere is returning to its effervescent best. Classes, all free as part of membership, and available to non-members too, provided by the highest quality, friendly and professional instructors, who will guide, teach, inspire and motivate you to achieve the goals you aspire to.
