The Team
Report
Fergal first came to London in 1996 after graduating from the Galway Hotel School in Ireland. He worked within Forte Hotels at restaurant supervisor level for several years before joining O'Neill's Bars at management level in 1998. Fergal joined J. Sheekey in 2001 and then moved to The Wolseley's opening team in 2003 as a Head Waiter.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea is served from 3.00pm to 6.30pm Tuesday to Friday and from 3.30pm to 6.30pm Saturday and Sunday. Whether for a traditional Cream Tea or our celebratory Champagne alternative, experience Afternoon Tea at The Wolseley any day of the week. For a traditional Cream Tea, enjoy our handmade fruit scones with homemade jam and clotted cream along with a choice of our teas.

Elegantly designed to complement the restaurant below, The Wolseley's Private Dining Room seats up to 15 guests on one oval table and is available for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Discreetly hidden from view with its own private staircase, it nonetheless feels very much a part of the main restaurant and has been described as one of the most beautiful private dining spaces in London.
