At The Shredquarters - no one is lost. Every one of our personal trainers have your fitness aspirations at the forefront of their training methods. Each and every one of our fitness sessions are individually designed daily to drive results. We have three main styles of training to cover all aspects you will need to achieve your goals!

Our Shred Sessions are designed to give you a high intensity workout mixing cardio and strength, these are great for Shredding fat and building lean muscle. Our Commando Classes focus more on using weight and as a result, there is less cardio in these classes. Weightlifting is also a great way to burn fat and we recommend mixing in our Commando Classes with our Shred Sessions to achieve the best results.

These are a staple style of training at SQ. Every day we hold a variety of high intensity Shred Session workouts that mix strength and cardio to burn fat and build up your fitness levels. Our Saturday morning favourite! This workout combines exercises from all of our training styles. With a similar intensity to our Shred Sessions you'll go round one big circuit with at least 40 different exercises around the room.

Our Commando classes are strength-based weight training classes. With more time at each exercise, a slower pace and trainers on hand to provide helpful guidance, these classes offer you the chance to lift heavier and get stronger.

Here, you will find a slower pace and even more support to learn how to use equipment and get started on your fitness journey with us.
