We use traditional techniques and the best seasonal ingredients to create delicious, hand-crafted viennoiserie pastries and fresh pasta with a modern twist. Our coffee comes from local roasters and good friends Ozone, and our wine comes from exciting, independent producers.

We have since then expanded our daytime bakery into an intimate evening offering too. For the first few months we will be offering a reduced menu with things such as flat breads, charcuterie and pickles alongside some beautiful cocktails and wines from small producers. Come September we will be increasing the menu to include larger plates.

Pophams was born out of an idea to bring an innovative spin on traditional viennoiserie baking techniques. Ollie Gold, the founder, spent 7 years working in catering departments in various Formula 1 teams, travelling around the world and learning about different cooking cultures in every place he visited.
