Yes, we provide bonded storage through Elephant Storage at Octavian for duty-paid wines and in-bond options at London City Bond. Our facilities maintain optimal conditions for long-term aging.
How do I purchase en primeur wines?
Contact our fine wine team to discuss current campaigns. Payment requires immediate settlement by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Delivery instructions must specify storage options or mainland UK delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques, debit cards, and direct bank transfers. Credit cards aren't accepted for en primeur or pre-shipment orders. International payments require prior arrangement.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across the UK mainland using our own vehicles for standard deliveries and APC courier for express services. Delivery charges apply based on order value and destination.
Can I return wine purchases?
We operate a sale-or-return policy for wedding wine orders. Other purchases require prior arrangement within our returns policy framework, subject to condition and market value.

I've been to the Chelsea branch and bought 4 bottles, at an average price of 20 per bottle. I tried two and both of the were mildly corked - meaning that their storage of the wine have been very poor. In addition, one of the wine was really of poor quality. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the shop assistant was very pleasant and helpful.

Exemplary service. There was a problem, of my own making, with my first order. I contacted the merchant and their courtesy and swift action to expedite the delivery was second to none. It's a real pleasure to deal with people who are professional, courteous and effective. I have no hesitation in recommending them and of course will buy from them again.

I have come here for years. The last 3 times i went in and asked for a recommendation they have been overpriced and I almost un able to drink. Some staff are great but some are obnoxious and rude and maybe forget we are the customers as much as they may no about wine. I will now be taking my business 4 shops down to a great new wine shop.

Lea Sandeman were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The crate of Bordeaux that Pete recommended was a gift for a friend (a very picky Italian friend) and it went down brilliantly. They also went out of their way to get the crate delivered, which is enormously appreciated. I cant recommend Lea Sandeman enough!
