Boco Yoga & Pilates
As we settle into our new term, it feels as though the best things about routines are in reach again. More and more of you want to return to in-person classes but still have the convenience of online classes when you want. It seems like the best way of having our cake, eating it and making more! If you are feeling really disconnected to your body and want to regain some suppleness and strength, we do it the gentle way.

If you want some stronger classes and to come a couple of times a week, we have a great selection of classes to choose from. We have 15 general classes, 4 pregnancy classes and 4 post-natal classes to choose from. You can continue online or mix and match with studio classes. Even if you are coming online, you'll feel the vibe of our serene and peaceful studio.

Way, way, way back, the vision for BoCo was sparked in the late 90's after an evening class Maya was teaching at one of the smaller health clubs. At that time, Yoga was the poor relation to the 'Legs, Bums and Tums' classes which were given the studio space. Evening Yoga classes were consigned to the Function Room which also doubled as the creche.
Classes

Yoga is a practice that has been around for over 5,000 years. It works with the body and breath simultaneously to stretch, relax and strengthen our whole being - heart, mind and body. Our 'Gentle' or 'Starting' classes are perfect not just if you are new to Yoga but also for recovering from an injury.
Pilates
Report
Enjoying Pilates: develop core strength and good posture. For those with some experience as well as beginners with no injuries - the basics plus the next steps. Active Pilates: a fast-paced and active class to help toned the body and improve flexible. Fitness in a fun and friendly class. All Pilates classes are Mat classes and we use the small Pilates props like resistance bands and weighted or spikey balls.
Pre/Post Natal

Specifically designed to maintain strength and posture before and after birth. We have a wide choice of classes so that you will be able to fit at least one a week into your schedule. Making time for yourself during pregnancy is so valuable. Join us for Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes to keep fit and work on suppleness while preparing for the arrival of your little one.
Workshops & Private Sessions

As well as our full class timetable we run regular workshops taught by a variety of teachers. We also offer private one-to-one, one-to-two and family classes. All open to non-members. We will be chanting simple yet powerful mantras together. It is open to all who wish to connect inwards and deepen their yoga practice.
