I create a space for safe, mindful, and sometimes challenging yoga practice in my yoga classes, allowing you to leave each class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and more comfortable in your body and mind.All of my classes are open to beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. My yoga journey began in my twenties when I started to practice Iyengar yoga. I instantly began to feel stronger and healthier physically and more relaxed and content mentally. This led me to realise that I had found a permanent place for yoga in my life, and now I wish to share the passion I feel and the benefits I have gained with my students.
Yoga Classes

I teach Hatha Yoga, which is a generic term for any type of yoga that uses physical poses; it's a foundation for most other forms of yoga in the western world. My classes are a mindful mix of yoga poses (called asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation (savasana). Poses are relatively straightforward, easy to learn, and performed at an unhurried pace.
Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions are a wonderful opportunity to practice yoga in the comfort of your own home under the professional guidance of a yoga teacher. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced yoga practitioner, private yoga sessions might be just right for you! One to one yoga sessions are tailored specifically to your needs.
Sound Massage

Sound Massage Therapy is an old deep relaxation and healing method using Singing Bowls. Sound Massage Therapy, also called Sound Energy Medicine, has been used for over 5000 years in many eastern traditions. In order to understand how Sound Therapy works on our body, it's important to know that water passes the vibrations 5 times faster than the air.
