Nada yoga will feature the mantra AUM, simple Vedic chants, awareness of the chakras, how sound resonates within the body. Suitable for all levels. A general yoga and meditation class for all levels to nourish the body, relax the mind, and support the immune system. Experience the depth of classical yoga with this eight-week course on yoga and meditation techniques for promoting balance and wellbeing in your life.

A classic, gentle yoga class with a focus on basic asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and yoga nidra (deep, guided relaxation). A six-month teacher training course conducted online, presenting Satyananda Yoga Nidra, the original form of the deep relaxation practice.

At the Satyananda Yoga Centre in Balham, yoga has been taught for almost 50 years under the guidance of Swami Pragyamurti. Keeping in line with the teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga in India, our approach is holistic and lifestyle-oriented, with an emphasis on meditation, pranayama, mantra and deep relaxation.
