We are continuing with our Wellness Campaign this July. It's a perfect time to try some of our new treatments and therapists by booking in for one of our taster treatments. Samsara Mind and Body is a Wellness Studio offering yoga and pilates classes, as well as a wide range of massage and beauty treatments, holistic therapies and Ayurveda.

Our aim is to provide a safe sanctuary in which you can soothe, relax and re-energise your mind, body and soul. We believe that by nourishing you, we can support not only your wellbeing but also the wellbeing of those around you. Samsara was founded by Helena Sain and is the culmination of her vision: to bring together everything she is passionate about and create a space where all elements of well-being can be shared and enjoyed by people in the local community, helping them to thrive.

Samsra is a Sanskrit word that means "the ever turning wheel of life", describing a journey of constant transition and flow, where everything eventually passes and transforms into something else.It is a cycle of highs and lows. Samsara encompasses what can, at times, feel like an eternal struggle to cope with the challenges of everyday life.
About Yoga

At Samsara we offer many different styles of yoga to suit all abilities and tastes. This variety in styles is there to help you discover a class which fits what your body and mind needs. It's important to remember that yoga is not competitive. In yoga classes we are given the opportunity to continue to learn and grow, with awareness, acceptance and compassion shown towards ourselves and others.

Genine's passion for Pilates has developed from a life long interest in exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. She qualified 13 years ago in the Authentic Classical Pilates method in both mat and equipment training. Genine spent 6 years at the New York Pilates Studio in North London, the first authentic studio to open in the UK, where she taught many high profile clients.

Samsara offers a 15% discount on drop in classes and class pass packs to senior citizens and full time students. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Stretch your yoga budget further with our unlimited monthly passes - take as many classes as you want (excluding Courses and Workshops).
About Physiotherapy

Human movement and physical function are key to health and wellbeing. The primary focus of physiotherapy is to assess and diagnose the problem, then devise the treatment program with an aim to restore function, or minimise dysfunction after disease or injury.
