The Property Manager Mr. Simpson has been very kind, professional and responsive during the whole renting process. His response is prompt and efficient. We rented at a fair price, if there is anything needed to be fixed after move-in, it would be fixed very promptly. We are very thankful for the support from him and Saltouns. Highly recommend other future tenants to consider renting from Saltouns.

My tenant decided to move out during the covid pandemic and as I live abroad I decided to employ a letting agency to manage my property. Jonathan Dobbie from Saltouns has been brilliant! He is extremely professional, very efficient and all correspondence with him is very friendly. He answered all my questions very quickly and has been keeping me updated throughout the entire process of finding new tenants and getting the tenancy ready. So impressed with the service I have received from Jonathan at Saltouns and cant thank him enough for the help he has given me with letting out my first property. I was recommended Saltouns by several people in my area and will definitely recommend them to new and existing landlords. Jonathan has always been quick in responding and answering any queries I have. The whole process of finding a tenant and setting up an arrangement has been quick and easy.
