Nothing is too much trouble, and they make the whole process as smooth as it can be. Anna, Rachel and Georgina were particularly amazing! The greatest differentiator with Vanessa McCallum Estates is the level of client service and communication. Nothing is a problem and you always know where you are and what is going on. Of course they tend to over value and under estimate the time it will take (but all estate agents do) but they got there in the end and under difficult Covid circumstances. Well done Vanessa and the team!

I sold my house recently through Vanessa McCallum Estates, I found them very professional and helpful. If I ever had any queries, these were always dealt with quickly and they always got back to me straight away. I found I was always keep in the loop so I knew what was going on and they liaised with the buyer as well as myself, quite often before the solicitor. I would definitely recommend them!
