I have stayed in a property with Strats Estates for two years. They have always been responsive when we have had maintenance issues, and the majority of the staff I have encountered are very kind and helpful people. My only negative was I felt I received a rude reception from one member of staff when going to the office for a spare key to one of the rooms. Other than that Ive had a positive experience with Strats and would recommend to students.
