Having known of Paul Wallace for decades, when the need for a valuation and sale of a local property arose I contacted them. The valuation was fair ( and not over egged just to get the instruction ) and I proceeded with them. Peter Gold was my main contact there but other members of the team were also involved in the subsequent sale. All aspects of the procedure were handled in a most professional, friendly and helpful manner by everybody concerned resulting in an almost seamless sale. I highly rate this estate agents. Cannot recommend enough! Peter Gold and his team went above and beyond, working through (what turned out to be) a very challenging short chain. Personable, professional and all round good guys.
