Clarets were a great estate agent to work with. They were professional, friendly throughout the process and were very proactive once they secured a buyer for us. They guided us through the process and chased solicitors on our behalf. We couldn't have done it without Adam, Lubka and Alex. They are a great team and would highly recommend them. If you are a prospective landlord / tenant and Clarets are arranging the letting you MUST insist on being provided with the contract several days before you sign. This will give you time to understand what you are signing up to. Beware Clarets will do their best not to provide the contract up front. Basically not a very nice firm to deal with.

- Bad at communication; we had to chase them a lot for contracts, etc.
- They left heating on in our property after viewings.
- They gave little notice before viewings.
- The women that showed us around the property we rented from them had not been there before and was clearly clueless about it.
- They need to modernise the way they work; ie allow contracts to be signed remotely. I would not rent through them again.
