I lnstantly liked and trusted Nick as soon as he came to value my house and my instincts were right! He has been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling my home and importantly he is always contactable and responsive to phone calls and emails. He has been professional throughout. I would also like to mention Kris who always showed prospect buyers around my house and then gave me feedback and he was reliable and courteous too. Amazingly considering how stressful moving home can be I had absolutely no negative experiences whatsoever selling my home with Cassidy and Tate, I felt relaxed

I've used Cassidy and Tate a couple of times in St Albans in my search for a house in the area. They were very informative, helpful and patient.
