These guys are brilliant!! They emphasised they were an independent family run company and with the care and attention our sale got, I really felt this. Just incredible! Unfortunately we couldn't find a property to move to thanks to COVID and we decided to rent from Binks as well to stay in the area. Just like the sales team, the lettings side of the business is lovely to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you Binks

The team at Binks has gone above and beyond the call of duty throughout our almost 4 year relationship with them. From managing our property as a rental to assisting us with the sale under very challenging circumstances. They have balanced efficiency and professionalism with empathy and diplomacy and have achieved what often felt like the impossible with a long and complicated chain. Binks stand head and shoulders above other agents that we have dealt with and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
