We very recently purchased a property with Millers. As one of the team members herself said, if it hadnt been for my persistence, we would never have made the stamp duty deadline. The sales progression team are shocking. No one answers the phone, their emails or even seems to speak to one another. I went through several stages of emotions in regards to their service: first anger, then disbelief and, finally, just genuine embarrassment on their part. We purchased our new home through Millers and we had a great experience right from the initial enquiry on the property through to completion. George was so accommodating, professional and helpful. He pulled out all the stops to enable to us to visit the property when it was convenient for us and always repsonded to queries promptly. A very poor letting agent all round, the staff that we dealt with in regards to letting queries didn't seem to care, throughout our tenancy we complained about problems such as unsafe balconies, told someone would come and fix it, over a year later nothing has been completed, took well over a month to fix a basic problem with a dishwasher. The flat was given to us in a very poor state, and handed back in a domestic clean state, which was complained about by Millers then excessive cleaning charges applied. In order to get our fair share of the deposit back we had to go through a long winded process

I cannot recommend Millers highly enough, this is the second time I've used them and cannot fault them. Matthew handled every aspect of the sale, great advice, honest and trustworthy - lots of communication and really wanted to work with me to get the best results. So unlike the other estate agents I met with.... After it was sold though, they kicked it up a whole new gear with a sales progression team (in particular Jasmine who was exceptional and so persistent on my behalf) who really worked hard to move things forward despite both sets of solicitors being appalling!
